AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive improvements in customer experiences through automation and data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and rollout of the AI platform and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
• Establish AI best practices and standards while driving systematic quality improvements

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management
• Proven interest and experience with modern LLM systems
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience translating complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for hypothesis validation
