AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Manager will manage end-to-end processes, partner with engineers to design strategies, and drive improvements in customer experiences and automation rates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of the AI platform and customer experiences
• Partner with engineering teams to establish prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and customer satisfaction through experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and AI technologies
• Experience navigating technical tradeoffs and implementing AI platform standards
• Strong background in data analysis, including familiarity with SQL
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
