AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Manager will manage end-to-end processes, collaborate with engineers on prompt strategies, and establish AI best practices while driving improvements in customer satisfaction and automation rates.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI systems
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing platform standards and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Demonstrated interest in modern LLM systems and AI technologies
• Proven ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to validate hypotheses and answer questions
