Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time AI Platform Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, collaborate with engineering teams, and establish best practices to enhance customer experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire development process for the AI platform, from roadmap creation to implementation
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that optimize performance
• Serve as the liaison between engineering and other departments, promoting AI best practices and standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Demonstrated interest in modern LLM systems and their applications
• Strong understanding of API design and system architecture
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into scalable products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to support decision-making
