AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Manager will lead end-to-end product development, collaborate with engineering teams on prompt strategies, and establish AI best practices to enhance customer experiences and automation rates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that balance latency, cost, and accuracy
• Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the organization, driving improvements in answer quality and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze data to validate hypotheses
• Comfort with technical discussions about API design and system architecture
