AI Platform Product Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Staff Product Manager for the AI Platform will set the vision and roadmap for Headway's AI initiatives, focusing on building an internal AI assistant and enabling cross-functional adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and build the AI platform vision, including architecture and ecosystem integration
- Own the roadmap for Eddy, establishing a product strategy and user research pipeline
- Enable adoption across functions by partnering with leaders to identify and build high-value AI workflows
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product experience, with at least 2 years in AI or AI-adjacent products
- Experience building or configuring AI agents, skills, or workflows
- Strong AI fluency in areas such as prompt engineering and context management
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of prioritizing product and platform roadmaps effectively
