AI Platform Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users of Agent Assist, including tracing failures across various systems
• Identify and propose improvements to AI systems, workflows, and tools to enhance performance and reliability
• Train internal users on Agent Assist and collaborate with engineering and product teams to address user issues

Required Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in a technical support, QA, SDET, or engineering-adjacent role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues with a focus on root cause analysis
• Foundational knowledge of API testing, reading logs, and basic SQL or data inspection
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems through coursework, projects, or hands-on experimentation
