Job Summary
AI Platform Software Engineer, a full-time hybrid position responsible for troubleshooting AI behavior, identifying systemic gaps, and driving continuous improvement in platform performance and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues related to AI systems and workflows
- Propose improvements to AI agents and workflows while contributing to system reliability
- Train internal users on effective use of AI tools and drive user adoption
Required Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in technical support, QA, or engineering-related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experience with API testing and basic SQL or data inspection
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems through coursework or projects
- Willingness to learn AI-powered development tools
