AI Platform Software Engineer
Job Summary
AI Platform Software Engineer, a full-time hybrid role responsible for troubleshooting AI behavior, driving continuous improvement in platform performance, and supporting user adoption of the enterprise AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues related to AI systems and workflows
- Identify and propose improvements for AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
- Train internal users on the effective use of AI tools and conduct onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in technical support, QA, SDET, or engineering-adjacent roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with API testing and basic SQL or data inspection
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems through coursework or hands-on projects
- Willingness to learn AI-powered development tools
