AI Platform Software Engineer

Job Summary

AI Platform Software Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for troubleshooting AI behavior, improving platform performance, and enabling user adoption of the enterprise AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues, analyzing logs and tracing failures
• Identify and propose improvements for AI systems, enhancing reliability and response quality
• Train internal users on the effective use of AI tools and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in a technical support, QA, SDET, or engineering-adjacent role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with API testing and basic SQL or data inspection
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems and willingness to learn AI-powered development tools
• Experience supporting or building AI/agent-based applications is preferred
