Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Platform Support Specialist to manage and optimize customer-facing AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the reliability of production AI systems and partner environments
- Act as the first response layer for AI incidents and manage escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement optimization initiatives for AI performance
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience supporting production SaaS platforms or technical systems
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Zendesk Admin certification or equivalent experience is desirable
