Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Support Specialist to ensure the reliability and optimization of customer-facing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of production AI systems and partner environments
  • Diagnose and resolve AI incidents and escalations, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
  • Manage a portfolio of partner AI assistants, focusing on performance, stability, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience supporting production SaaS platforms or technical systems
  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Zendesk Admin certification or equivalent platform administration experience is desirable
