Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Platform User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the UX strategy and roadmap for the AI Platform experience
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers and designers to ensure cohesive user journeys
• Serve as the voice of the user in strategic planning and influence product priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or UX design leadership
• Proven track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams at Director level or higher
• Deep understanding of enterprise data workflows and platform ecosystems
• Experience building or scaling design systems and unified UX frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences
