Job Summary
Leading the transformation of managed services, the full-time remote Sr. Director, AI-Powered Service Delivery & Automation will define and execute an AI-driven strategy to enhance service delivery through automation and intelligent operations across ERP and cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven managed services, focusing on automation and productivity improvements
- Design and deploy AI-powered assistants and workflows to enhance support effectiveness and service delivery
- Implement AIOps and analytics capabilities to predict and remediate service disruptions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in leading enterprise managed services or technology transformation organizations
- Proven track record of implementing AI-driven automation and autonomous operations at scale
- Strong technical leadership in architecture, engineering, AI, and operations
- Experience with AIOps, observability, and enterprise service management platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
