AI Practice Director
Job Summary
To establish and scale AI services, the full-time remote AI Practice Director will drive growth strategies, develop market-ready offerings, and activate strategic partnerships while personally engaging in business development and opportunity management.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the growth strategy, pipeline, and revenue goals for the AI practice
- Develop and commercialize repeatable AI service offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Establish and deepen relationships with strategic technology partners to enhance capabilities and market positioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 10+ years of experience in AI or technology consulting, with a proven track record in practice development and business growth
- Experience building or significantly scaling an AI consulting or professional services practice with measurable results
- Strong relationships with AI product companies and familiarity with technology partnership structures
- Technical fluency to engage with executives and translate business needs into AI solutions
