AI Practice Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations for the AI Team, the full-time remote AI Practice Operations Specialist will coordinate internal processes, enhance service delivery, and partner with leadership to improve workflows and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal processes and track workflows to ensure operational effectiveness
• Partner with practice leaders to manage priorities and support strategic initiatives
• Maintain operational documentation and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a relevant operational role
• Experience supporting an AI, data, or emerging technology practice
• Knowledge of professional services operations and resource planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
