AI Practitioner

Job Summary

Leading phased AI enablement engagements, the full-time remote AI Practitioner will assess department maturity, deliver tiered workshops, and build and deploy AI workflows for clients in the pharma and biotech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead department AI assessments and produce AI Maturity Snapshots and enablement plans
• Deliver hands-on tiered AI enablement workshops tailored to departmental maturity
• Build and deploy AI workflows and automations for clients transitioning from enablement to active value capture

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building AI workflows, agents, or tools that solve real problems
• Strong understanding of AI strategy, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to communicate effectively in various settings
• Ability to adapt approaches based on user expertise, from novice to expert
• Quick learner of new platforms and technologies
• Clear writing skills suitable for regulated industries
