AI Practitioner

Job Summary

To support project-based strategic initiatives, the part-time remote AI Practitioner will lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions in clinical care delivery and behavioral health innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discrete AI projects with defined deliverables and operational outcomes across various domains
• Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions to enhance patient care access and operational efficiency
• Develop and optimize AI applications utilizing machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions within healthcare or regulated industries
• Demonstrated expertise with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, and AI application development
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations, HIPAA compliance, and responsible AI governance practices
