AI Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Principal Engineer to help build the future of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the AI product and technical roadmap with the CEO
• Design and implement key AI-powered features and drive technical architecture decisions
• Write scalable, production-ready code and define success metrics for AI models

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience building AI/ML systems, preferably with LLMs in production
• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and model evaluation pipelines
• Strong product instincts and user empathy
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Familiarity with the modern AI/LLM ecosystem
