AI Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Principal Engineer, AI will lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning systems, developing end-to-end features that enhance business planning workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI systems into production environments
• Develop backend API services and integrate LLMs for business planning use cases
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models and implement evaluation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related engineering domains
• End-to-end exposure in model lifecycle development and deploying ML models in production
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns
• Strong expertise in MLOps and LLMOps for reliable model deployments
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices
