Partnering with stakeholders across various departments, the full-time AI Process Analyst will reimagine workflows using AI-driven applications and autonomous agents, ensuring integration with enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leads to identify pain points and document current-state processes for transformation
• Reimagine workflows by leveraging AI as the primary driver for operational improvements
• Build and deploy AI-driven applications and agents to create unified, persona-based experiences

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience connecting business needs with technological solutions
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications and autonomous agents
• Understanding of modern business systems and data movement within relational databases
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday
