AI Process Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will manage the deployment of executable BPMN workflows, driving organizational adoption and improving system capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the deployment journey from initial process file to production workflow, ensuring measurable improvements for customers
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to build understanding and trust, facilitating lasting customer capabilities
• Document deployment processes and integration patterns to streamline future implementations and contribute to product development

Required qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise production, having shipped solutions within large organizations
• Technical proficiency in debugging integration failures, configuring Camunda clusters, and writing custom agents
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, effectively engaging with both engineering and business leadership
• Practical experience using AI to solve production problems, including context management and agent testing
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and document insights for future reference
