Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in UX design, service design, or visual storytelling
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in user-centered design and executive communications
• Strong proficiency in design and storytelling tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience facilitating workshops using design thinking and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
