AI Product Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the full product analytics stack, the full-time AI Product Analyst will analyze both AI-powered and conventional product features, focusing on production behavior, quality evaluation, and operational metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product analytics process, including experiment design, funnel analysis, and impact assessment for features shipped by the team
• Investigate AI and automation workflows to identify issues such as hallucinations and quality degradation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and measure the business impact of automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Operational Analytics, or Data Analytics within complex systems
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI output and familiarity with prompt iteration and evaluation frameworks
• Strong background in product and operational analytics, including proficiency in SQL and Python
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 level or higher)
• Ability to work during CET-overlapping hours
