AI Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative Voice AI systems, the full-time AI Product Analyst will evaluate, monitor, and improve the performance of AI-driven conversational agents remotely, focusing on analyzing production behavior and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production behavior of Voice AI Agents and conversational AI workflows
• Investigate inconsistencies, hallucinations, and quality degradation in AI-driven conversations
• Design evaluation frameworks and build monitoring systems for AI performance visibility

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for analytical investigations
• Understanding of LLM limitations and AI failure modes
• Experience building monitoring systems or operational dashboards
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 level or higher)
