AI Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Experience Team focused on Clinical Guidance, the full-time AI Product Analyst will analyze clinician workflows and product interactions, evaluate automation effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improving provider experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinician workflows, provider-facing products, and operational processes
• Design and analyze product experiments and feature rollouts
• Measure the impact of product initiatives on clinician productivity and workflow efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data exploration
• Experience working with product metrics, experimentation, and user behavior analysis
• Fluent in Russian and English at B2 level or higher
• Ability to work CET-overlapping hours
