AI Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of Voice AI systems in healthcare, the full-time AI Product Analyst will analyze production behavior, investigate AI-driven conversation quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production behavior of Voice AI Agents and conversational AI workflows
• Investigate inconsistencies and quality degradation in AI-driven conversations
• Design evaluation frameworks and build monitoring systems for AI performance visibility

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis
• Understanding of LLM limitations and AI failure modes
• Experience building monitoring systems or operational dashboards
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 level or higher)
