Key Responsibilities

Analyze the performance and impact of AI initiatives in production
Develop and maintain dashboards for transparency into AI agent performance
Investigate issues and performance drops across automated user journeys

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with product or platform data
Strong proficiency in Python for analytical work
Confident SQL skills with experience in complex queries
Experience building production-grade dashboards in BI tools, preferably Tableau
Fluent in Russian; English level B2 or higher
