AI Product Designer

Job Summary

To design and ship thoughtful product improvements, the full-time AI Product Designer will own well-scoped problems from initial framing through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, working remotely from anywhere in Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end product improvements, maintaining involvement throughout the process
• Prototype using AI tools to quickly test real interactions rather than static mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve customer problems effectively

Required qualifications

• A genuine excitement for AI and AI-assisted design, with active use or eagerness to use AI tools
• Strong core product design skills, including interaction design and visual hierarchy
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving processes and outcomes, not just final screens
• Comfort with ambiguity in product design and the ability to work with probabilistic systems
• Reliability in meeting timelines and openness to feedback for iterative improvement
