AI Product Development Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Product AI Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-enabled workflows that enhance collaboration across product, engineering, and UX
• Develop best practices and enablement programs for teams to leverage AI in their processes
• Identify process improvements and optimize the product tooling ecosystem while measuring impact and ROI

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, product design, or technical program management at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Claude Projects, including prompt engineering and context management
• Capability to build AI solutions and develop custom workflows and automation
• Familiarity with product tooling such as Jira, Figma, and Pendo
• Change management expertise and ability to influence senior stakeholders
