AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Engineer, Clinical Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clinical AI tools
• Architect, implement, and improve RAG infrastructure for clinical decision support
• Design prompt strategies and evaluate model outputs for reliability and clinical appropriateness

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering, particularly in applied AI product development
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems in production
• Strong Python skills for building pipelines and iterating on model behavior
• SQL proficiency for independent data querying and analysis
• Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS and familiarity with relevant services
