AI Product Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Product Engineer to embed AI and GenAI across their cloud platform for the P&C insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design agentic workflows by collaborating with PMs to simplify complex insurance tasks
- Rapidly prototype AI features, transforming concepts into working demos
- Define evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy and reliability across various insurance scenarios
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and vector databases
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML tasks and TypeScript/Java for platform integration
- Experience in building side projects or working in early-stage AI startups
- Ability to identify and automate manual insurance processes
- Experience with voice agents is a plus
