AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing enterprise AI experiences, the full-time remote AI Product Engineer will focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and Power Platform solutions to enhance employee productivity while ensuring data security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use-cases across various applications
• Build and operate Copilot Studio agents and develop Power Automate workflows for AI outputs
• Implement security and compliance controls while establishing lifecycle management for agents and automations

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations with Microsoft 365 / Power Platform experience
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate, along with knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments
• Experience with Entra ID app/identity concepts and information protection measures
• API and integration skills, including REST and OAuth2, with troubleshooting capabilities for complex issues
