AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and evolution of AI-powered systems, the full-time AI Product Engineer will design and deliver scalable solutions, ensuring AI capabilities operate safely and efficiently in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI systems, including agents and orchestration layers
• Engineer reliability at scale through schema validation, evaluation frameworks, and observability standards
• Establish architectural patterns and mentor engineers in AI-native development practices

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building AI-augmented product capabilities
• Experience designing event-driven and asynchronous systems using queues like Kafka or SQS
• Proficient in state management strategies and handling concurrency in AI systems
• Strong understanding of API design and integration, including REST and GraphQL
• Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks
