AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI capabilities in construction and real estate project delivery, the full-time remote AI Product Engineer will build and maintain the engineering infrastructure for AI-powered workflow tools, ensuring reliability, scalability, and quality through integration and validation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extraction scripts, validation frameworks, and integration connectors for AI solutions
• Design structured output contracts and implement quality assurance processes for AI-generated outputs
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs and manage authentication and error handling

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, including data parsing and schema validation
• Solid understanding of REST API design and enterprise integration surfaces, particularly Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with AI engineering, including managing LLM APIs and validation pipelines
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and structured release management
• Familiarity with construction or commercial real estate environments is a plus
