AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on shipping new product features, the full-time AI Product Engineer will build and improve user experiences while quickly addressing production issues in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end, primarily concentrating on new feature development
• Debug and resolve production issues swiftly, prioritizing user impact
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to transform ideas into shipped experiences and influence product direction

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or a similar technical role
• Strong product sense with a clear interest in developing user-facing features
• Highly AI-native, familiar with modern AI coding tools and eager to explore new workflows
• Proven ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Experience building side projects or independently shipping products outside of core job responsibilities
