AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Product Engineer will architect and build a multi-agent system that integrates with various business tools, taking ownership of both product development and engineering responsibilities while collaborating closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build a multi-agent system capable of operating across core business tools such as ERP and CRM
• Define product scope, make architectural decisions, and drive execution with minimal oversight
• Stay updated with advancements in the AI ecosystem and implement relevant tools and frameworks in the build process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations used in production environments
• Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• Experience in early-stage startups with a focus on operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments
