AI Product Engineering Architect

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the remote AI Product Engineering Principal Architect will drive the design and delivery of complex AI solutions, mentor technical staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while ensuring the execution of scalable, secure, and high-impact AI programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade AI systems, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to delivery standards
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding enterprise AI strategies and facilitating alignment between technical solutions and business outcomes
• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale AI delivery programs, providing proactive technical guidance to ensure architectural integrity and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years in software engineering or application development, with 5+ years in architecture leadership roles
• Proven experience in delivering complex, cloud-native, AI-driven applications from concept to production
• Extensive experience guiding large-scale modernization or AI adoption programs across multiple business units
• Deep expertise in areas such as agentic AI, cloud engineering, and responsible AI practices
