AI Product Innovation Manager

Job Summary

AI Product Innovation Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for leading the AI Innovation Lab, managing stakeholder requests, prioritizing product initiatives, and ensuring team operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI-related requests and product initiatives
• Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize projects based on business needs
• Oversee the operating rhythm of the team, including rituals and reviews

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly with AI/ML or data-driven products
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating multi-tenant internal dynamics
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping
• Strong writing and narrative skills for clear communication with leadership
