AI Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead (AI & Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Serve as the internal AI strategist, identifying automation opportunities and deploying AI workflows
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and maintain clear communication with leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or cross-functional technology leadership
• Deep understanding of AI and large language models, with practical experience in deploying AI-powered workflows
• Proven ability to manage developers and hold technical teams accountable
• Experience managing website builds and API integrations
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation) is a strong plus
