AI Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the product outcome end-to-end, the full-time AI Product Lead will manage the integration of product, design, and delivery leadership while implementing front-end code and directing AI coding agents in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from problem definition to production software, ensuring quality and roadmap commitment
• Direct the execution modes of AI agents, determining the appropriate mode based on risk and reliability
• Implement production front-end code and apply design rigor at every stage of the development process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery, including making product decisions and writing front-end code
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React, along with strong CSS skills
• Demonstrated competence in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Practical experience directing AI coding agents in production environments
• A track record of establishing processes or standards adopted by teams
