AI Product Lead
Job Summary
Owning the product outcome from problem definition to in-production software, the full-time AI Product Lead will manage the integration of product, design, and delivery leadership while implementing front-end experiences directly in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the agent array across various execution modes to ensure quality and compliance in software delivery
- Implement production front-end code and maintain high standards of design and accessibility throughout the development process
- Author prompts and acceptance criteria that translate product intent into actionable tasks for coding agents
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery, including product decisions, design, and front-end coding
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS
- Demonstrated competence in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Practical experience directing AI coding agents in a production environment
- Established a process, pattern, or standard that has been adopted by other teams
