Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize activation strategies and onboarding flows for AI products
• Design and scale lifecycle engagement journeys across various channels to improve user retention
• Convert inactive users into active ones and ensure alignment of lifecycle strategies with ecosystem priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or user engagement roles
• Experience in data-driven growth strategy, including user segmentation and lifecycle optimization
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle channels like email marketing and in-product messaging
• Proven ability to work with product usage analytics and integrate behavioral data
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex environments
