Key Responsibilities

• Champion AI-driven automation strategies and execute intelligent workflows across the ecosystem
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable automations to enhance team efficiency
• Lead the lifecycle of customer-facing integrations, ensuring alignment with nonprofit CRM and fundraising workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Integrations, or Solutions Engineering
• Proven experience in delivering complex integrations and automation workflows in SaaS environments
• Hands-on expertise with iPaaS platforms like Tray.io, Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Strong technical fluency with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data modeling
• Experience incorporating AI capabilities into workflows such as classification and enrichment
