AI Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for AI, establish governance frameworks, and create an AI product playbook
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, from discovery to launch and iteration
• Track and report progress on AI initiatives, communicate insights, and drive accountability across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML or data products
• Proven track record of shipping new products and driving adoption
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts and ability to engage with data scientists and engineers
• Experience with defining KPIs, building dashboards, and analyzing performance data
• Preferred experience in healthcare or member-focused environments, with knowledge of HIPAA and compliance
