Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with claims leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks and translate insights into AI use cases
• Decompose initiatives into epics and features, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and compliance obligations
• Own and refine the product backlog, engage with delivery teams during sprints, and monitor adoption and performance post-deployment

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance or claims
• Strong understanding of claims operations and adjuster workflows
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate operational pain points into technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences
