AI Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Manager to manage high-priority AI products in People Services and Finance/Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI initiatives focused on sourcing and supplier spend intelligence
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop scalable, compliant AI products
• Manage the product lifecycle from inception through deployment, ensuring AI safety and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related technical experience, with 3+ years in a Product Manager role
• 3+ years of Agile product development experience
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle considerations
• Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of AI, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy safeguards
