Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for an AI-powered agent platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for AI agent experiences, prioritizing features and driving improvements in automation quality and reliability
• Lead the delivery of AI-powered product capabilities, ensuring alignment with Tech Leads and clear communication with stakeholders
• Run customer discovery to validate problems and refine requirements, while establishing success metrics and feedback loops

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in AI-powered product development
• Experience launching AI-driven features in production environments
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures and workflows
• Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with voice, telephony, or conversational AI systems is a plus
