Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of AI Creative Strategy in creating scalable systems for content production
• Build and manage AI-driven content production workflows and optimize creative systems
• Manage a small team, providing guidance and training on AI tools and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital operations, or automation roles
• Strong understanding of short-form, social-first content platforms
• Experience in building or maintaining automation workflows
• Some experience in team management or mentoring
• Familiarity with content performance tracking and optimization
