AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product roadmap for AI initiatives, the full-time AI Product Manager will define, develop, and launch AI-powered products to transform staffing and recruiting operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and translating staffing workflow challenges into AI product opportunities
• Developing and maintaining a living roadmap for AI products based on customer input and market needs
• Leading cross-functional launch activities and ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Support teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, preferably in staffing or recruiting
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows, including large language models and AI-assisted systems
• Technical background or experience with complex software products and the ability to engage engineers effectively
• Experience conducting customer conversations for discovery and translating insights into prioritized product requirements
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a disciplined approach to execution and follow-through
